Q.  Are all your items in stock?

A:  Yes our website allows us to monitor our stock inventory, if an item is out of stock you will not be able to purchase it.  However, in the unlikely event that any item is not in stock, we will back order this for you. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Q.  I can’t find the product I require?

A:  If you cannot find the specific product that you are looking for then please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or by email and we can source any product from any manufacturer for you.  At Performance Max

Q.  Do you offer any discount to clubs/organisations?

A:  Yes, we do offer discount to clubs and organizations so make sure you inform us of your affiliation before purchasing for details of a discount package.

Q.  Is there any discount offered when placing a ‘bulk’ order?

A:  Performance Max can offer you products at a reduced rate but this is largely governed by the size of the order placed.  Invariably we have offers running on particular products which may make it advantageous to place larger orders, but these will be highlighted on the website.  If you have any questions please contact us for your specific requirements.

Q.  Do you offer personalised training and nutritional advice?

A:  Yes we do offer training and nutritional advice that is personal to you.  Please contact us to speak with one of our qualified Personal trainers, Sport Science graduates or gym experts.

Q:  How do I shop online with Performance Max?

A:  You can browse via goal-related category or by simply selecting your favourite brand.  Shopping is easy by simply adding to the basket any items you wish to purchase.  Further, help and advice is always at hand on our free phone number.  Once you have made your choice simply place the items in you basket and move onto the shopping cart (top right-hand of the page), which will take you through to the checkout facility.

Q.  Can I have my order sent to my work address? Do I need to sign for it?

A:  Yes you can have your order sent to your work address and in fact, most customers do take advantage of this facility.  Alternatively you can request to have the order delivered to your billing address.  However, all items must be signed for.

Q. Is it secure to order online? Will people see my card details?

A:  It is 100% safe to shop performancemax.co.uk.  Once you have selected your products and entered your details, these details are processed through Paypal and are immediately encrypted. We do not manually process card details through a terminal on our server.

Q. What do you do with my personal details?

A:  At Performance Max your personal details are kept completely private and secure. We do not work with any other third parties or give out your details to any other companies.  We do not keep your e-mail unless authorised, for notification of future mailings and newsletters (these can be opted out of at any time).
